If you have all of these symptoms, kindly have your blood workup done with advice from doctors. It could be due to anemia due to vit B12 deficiency. but, we need to have your clinical examinations prior to reaching a conclusion. So, please visit a neurologist/MD internal medicine/orthopedic surgeon to get clinical examinations done. :)
